Our story
BirchCup was founded when enterprise teams kept drowning in unstructured model outputs. We borrowed the vessel metaphor deliberately: a cup holds a defined volume, has a rim you can inspect, and pours only where you aim. That is infrastructure language—not hospitality retail, not woodworking, not beverages.
Today we partner with Canadian organizations in finance, insurance, energy, and public-sector adjacencies who need clarity without compromising PIPEDA obligations.
